Products from Fix-A-Floor will normally be despatched the same day if ordered before 12 noon. We use various methods of delivery normally based of the size of the delivery, this can vary from Royal Mail, MyHermes, Interlink, ParcelForce and sometime Amazon fulfilment.
Please note that our system is automated, and sometimes due to the large number of orders that go through, it is extremely difficult once an order has been placed to locate and cancel the order before despatch. Please appreciate we will do our utmost to assist you and attempt to locate and cancel your order if it is still at the Pick/Pack stage of despatch.
Any orders that need to be cancelled that have already been shipped/confirmed will still incur the shipping charges as the parcel will already be with the courier/postal service and we are unable to recover the item from them.
Although standard deliveries normally arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch please allow 3-5 working days. If you require your order urgently there is an option for express delivery which, if ordered before 12pm in mainland UK will arrive next working day.
